India’s upcoming T20I series against Afghanistan, scheduled for September, will utilize cutting-edge technology akin to that employed during the recent FIFA World Cup 2026 held in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. The production rights for the series are held by ITW Universe, which is elevating the broadcast standards for this event. Jamie Oakford, who has directed every FIFA World Cup since 2002 and was at the helm for the 2014 final between Germany and Argentina, will lead the production efforts for the series.
A number of new technological innovations are set to be introduced for the three-match T20I series between India and Afghanistan in September.
The three matches will take place on September 13, 15 and 17.

The three-match T20I series between India and Afghanistan will take place in mid-September. All three games will be held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, with Afghanistan being the official hosts of the series.
