A 31-year-old Adobe software engineer, Vinay Gupta, allegedly died after being assaulted during a matrimonial dispute at his home in Delhi’s Nihal Vihar on Friday. Police have detained four people, including his wife and two brothers, and are questioning them to establish each person’s alleged role in the incident.

His family said he earned an annual package of around ₹60 lakh.

Gupta worked as a software engineer with Adobe in Noida, according to police.
