Why did Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann receives 'kicked out' of their Milton home? Nearly $1M loss

The former mansion of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann in Milton, Georgia, has been sold for $3.67 million. The 15,600-square-foot property, known as The Manor, officially closed on June 30, as confirmed by property records accessed by the NYPost. This sale comes at a time when their 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., is facing serious criminal allegations, drawing renewed attention to the family’s situation.

Court Intervention in Property Dispute

On April 8, 2025, US Marshals intervened in a property dispute involving Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, removing the former couple from their home. This action followed a legal filing indicating they had overstayed the rental agreement.

Biermann has accused Zolciak of obstructing the sale of their property, claiming she rejected offers below $3.85 million due to concerns about her ability to purchase a new home. He has requested that the court grant him authority over decisions related to the sale of the property.

The Manor Sold for $3.67 Million After Multiple Price Reductions

The Manor has officially sold for $3.67 million, significantly lower than its relisted price of $4.65 million in February 2026. The property underwent several price cuts throughout the sales process, dropping to $4.19 million in March and further to $3.89 million in May before finalizing the sale on June 30.

This mansion, which features seven bedrooms, a wine cellar, a home theater, a private massage room, and a detached garage suite, was previously sold for $2.75 million in December 2024, just prior to a scheduled foreclosure auction.

Originally purchased by Zolciak and Biermann for $880,000 in October 2012, the couple faced financial difficulties and defaulted on a $1.65 million loan tied to the home by early 2023, prompting foreclosure actions by Truist Bank. The final sale price of $3.67 million reflects nearly a $1 million decrease from the relist price and is well below the $6 million asking price set in 2023.
