On Teachers’ Day, former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar announced the creation of the Professor Ramesh Tendulkar Memorial Fellowship. This initiative is designed to support young doctors who are specializing in cleft and craniofacial care in Srinagar, thereby honouring the memory of his late father, Ramesh Tendulkar.
